We provide insurance against the failures of our checked vehicle, as well as insurance for the parts documented for safety in the report.
Warranty period: one Gregorian Year or 20,000 Km whichever is earlier
Warranty value: 1200 SAR
Free service: a free roadside service for a year with a request for service within the Kingdom and Gulf countries.
Covered parts
The vehicle warranty covers the value of the spare parts , and labor fees for covered parts in the following guarantee:
- Engine: weighted parts, lifter, valve lifter, leather , air , and fire valve, push rods , cam shaft, gear, chain, oil pumper, Pistons, sleeve, arms , crankshaft, arm rod, multi-pull nozzles – Wool smuggling oils
- Gear box: Gears, synchronic coupling axes, filters, arms, lining axes, gearshift rod, belts, pistons, clutches, body balf, Oil pump – Booster system , transmission gear, Torque converter, Electricity sensors – oil smuggling wool).
- Differential: Axis, pinion gear, internal pinion gear
- Double with spindle wool, difference wool, and corona
- Command system: Top and bottom Steering wheel, top and bottom springs, brake pads, wheel brakes, braking system, Cylinder Wheels – Brake Enhancement System – ABS Lock System
- ABS Lock System. Starter and Salf (including exhaust) and salf gear- dynamo and coel – glass motorr, Motor roof opening – Central locking – heater motor, front and rear windshield wipers
- AC system: Air Conditioner Compressor – Air Conditioning Refrigerator – Cooling Fans)
- Engine cooling system: Radiator and fan radiator – fan motor, Fan mount, oil cooler – water pump – thermostat)
- Fuel system: mechanical and electrical Fuel pumping system of reservoir and sprinklers
Warranty Validity
- Maintenance at approved services of Hemaya Company
- 1st maintenance: a week or 1000 km
- Following maintenance : Every 5000 km
Physical coverage limits
The coverage limit of secured pieces shall not exceed SAR 15,000 and repairs shall be done at approved centers in Hemaya Company, the exceeded amount shall be borne by the customer (warranty owner).
